Rig Heaters Division
This division consists of maintenance, servicing, and delivering heaters to client locations to heat specific areas on a well site. When a client requests a heater, we prep the heater with the necessary amount of equipment to successfully complete the job; tarps, heater hoses, clamps, rope, etc.
Once we deliver the heater to the destination, we spot the heater and commence setup. We insure the heater is level with stabilizer jacks and run the hose to the area that requires heat.
The area that requires heat is tarped off and secured in place with clamps or rope. Part of the job requires employees to visit each heater that is out on-site daily to complete an inspection of fluid levels, working order, hose and tarp securement, and topping off fuel before leaving.
What makes this division unique is the exposure to the entire well site. Lines and dumps frequently freeze on sites, this provides employees with the opportunity to learn the layout of the location. It also gives an introduction to company paperwork and policies which allow the employee to learn the administrative side quicker then some of the other divisions.
